The guy in the background is Aime (?) Rockburn, I think his name was. A wooden ramp was constructed on MainStreet at the top of the hill in front of the British Hotel for this event. We later destroyed this cart; the front cover was sheet metal. Marc used to push me at high speed circling the house at Broad Street...the next door neighbour stood on a platform in the yard holding a length of lead pipe, daring me to drive into it. The cart had been modified with a crude seat belt system, so I did, driving the lead pipe back into Gilles Dussault(?)'s forehead, splitting it open!
